The word “wellness” refers to a state of balance we experience in all areas of our lives – not just our physical well-being. To achieve optimal health, we need the appropriate resources, opportunities and challenges to address our whole person.
The WFS Wellness for Life program provides education and experiences in four dimensions of optimal health: physical, social, financial, and emotional well-being.

PHYSICAL
Consistently strive to maintain a proper diet and exercise in routine lifestyle. Be absent of diseases and effectively manage any ailments.
EMOTIONAL
Know yourself and how you react to circumstances. Learn and maintain skills that help deal with conflict and stressful situations more effectively. Become a more mindful individual.
FINANCIAL
Understand your financial situation and manage your resources in line with established goals.
SOCIAL
Maintain satisfying relationships with yourself and others. Be proactive in your involvement and contributions to your surrounding community.Whether we recognize it or not, we are all on our own wellness journey. Regardless of our background or current condition, we are either working towards or against a more-well state of being.
